Refund policy
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@giorgiomartino.club within 12 hours of purchase, and we will process your cancellation request accordingly. Any changes to your address or other order details can also be made within 6 hours of purchase.
Return
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with all original tags, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@giorgiomartino.club. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send the item back. Please note, items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a return tracking number. Failure to provide the tracking number may result in the denial of your return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs (which are non-refundable). Additionally, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to your return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and provide a solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products, special orders, or personalized items. Additionally, we do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us before proceeding with a return. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, and once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note, it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
